Groups configuration

Display, add, modify groups within an enterprise

Group initial page includes the following:

  1. List of all groups under the entire enterprise

    1. Group name

    2. Group ID

    3. License limit for total amount of users allowed

  2. Clone an existing group by clicking on the clone icon

    • Clone from an existing Service Provider / Enterprise

    • Clone Group (from selected Service Provider / Enterprise)

    • Enter new Group ID

    • Enter new Group Name

    • Select option to clone

      • Feature Access Code

      • Call Processing Policy

      • Extension Length

      • Services (includes Service Packs)

      • Group Policy

      • Schedules

      • Outgoing Calling Plan

      • Routing Profile

  1. Add a new group by clicking on the plus ‘+’ icon

    • Required fields

      • Group ID

      • Group name

      • Default domain

      • User limit

    • Optional fields

      • Group CLID name

      • Location dialing code

      • Timezone

      • Contact name

      • Contact email

      • Contact number

      • Address

      • City

      • State

      • Postal code

      • Country
