Voice Messaging Group


Voice Messaging Group configuration

Enable users to record messages for incoming calls. A message can be recorded when the call is not answered within a certain number of rings, when the user's phone is busy, or when transferred directly to the user's voicemail.


Voice Messaging page includes the following tabs:


1. Voice Messaging

    • Setup mail server settings for voice messaging


2. Voice Portal

    • Settings

Allow users to call from any phone so that they can use and configure their user services.


    • Profile

Set a group voicemail phone number and extension users can call to retrieve voicemails.
