Call Park configuration

Enable users to park a call against their call park group and set call park attributes.

Call Park Setup include:

  1. Groups

A new Call Pickup group can be added by clicking on the plus ‘+’ icon.

To modify an existing group, click on the group name.

To modify the users within a call park group, click on the edit icon. A list of available users will pop up for selection.
