Additional system settings are available for configuration:

• Manual CLID Editing: enabling this global setting determines when any phone number field is clicked:

  • DISABLED = Drop down of phone numbers will appear

  • ENABLED = Text input field will be displayed for manual CLID entry

NOTE: CLID = Calling Line ID

• Session Timeout (min): determines, in minutes, when a user's session will expire before they are forced to log back in.
