The wizard allows you to select the users you would like to perform BULK delete actions for.

1. Run User Wizard

Allows you to select the Service Provider / Enterprise and Group Users are assigned to

IMPORTANT: If users were selected for a prior bulk task, they will remain selected. You can click on the user selected dropdown to run wizard again.

2. A .csv template containing User IDs can also be uploaded.

• • Templates are available for download at the beginning of the bulk section.

3. Upon selection of users and clicking next, you will be presented with a preview screen prior to submitting.

IMPORTANT: Once submitted, users will be deleted and all associated features and / or devices will be unassigned and deleted also.
